July Recipe

Spruced-Up Potato Salad

Ingredients:
1 lb. of red potatoes (boiled and cut into quarters)
2 cups of quality mayonaise
4 chopped sprigs of rosemary (or a 1 1/2 teaspoons dried)
salt and pepper to taste
4 strips of cooked and crumbled bacon (or 1/2 bag bacon bits)
1/2 cup grated pepperjack cheese (any cheese will do)

Instructions:
After boiled, quartered potatoes have completely cooled, put in a large bowl. Mix with mayo, rosemary, salt, pepper, bacon, and cheese. Let set in fridge for at least 2-3 hours (I prefer over night). Pull out when ready to serve, and enjoy!
